440 digital net
20th January 2024

Recently on our Saturday net I brought up the idea of having a persistant digital net
on our 440 repeater. Here is a breakdown of what is needed to participate
What do you need:
A 70cm (440) radio set totalk on our repeater frequency of 442.750MHz with a + offset and 156.7 tone
You will use the free fldigi software set to mode MFSK 64
You will need some sort of interface for radio to PC. This could be one of the following.
A signal link, Digipi, or even a cheap USB sound dongle. If your radio has a usb port then you have everything you need interface wise.
Also you may want to use some other software for auto replies which will be covered later.
